Virtual India International Silk Fair - 31st January to 4th February 2021

Sub: Appeal for active participation in Virtual events organized by ISEPC.

Dear Sir/Madam,

The whole world is affected by the pandemic of COVID 19 due to various restrictions imposed on traveling and organizing physical fairs/ exhibitions in India and Abroad. The virtual trade fair is a digital platform to facilitate manufacturers and exporters to showcase their products virtually, interact with the prospective buyers one to one on Audio Visual calls, share information through such shows and enhance the prospects of revival of business activeness.

The Department of Commerce has sanctioned ISEPC to organize Two Sourcing Fairs on virtual portal and 4 BSMs in different countries for facilitating the exporters to showcase their products on minimal cost. The Council in this initiative have waived participation fee and only charging registration charges as Rs. 2000/-+ GST per event for the shows. The details of the events such as names, dates, last date, and chargeable amount. The multiple participation in such events is further discounted by Rs. 500/- in the subsequent each events.

I on behalf of the Indian Silk Export Promotion Council appeal to all of you to kindly avail the opportunity of participation on almost Nil charges and enhance your export prospects. The key features of the virtual Sourcing shows and BSMs are:-

1.    Only genuine buyers are invited to register in the show whose data is verified by the Council;

2.    The show is on anywhere and anytime for the participants during the event period;

3.    The online platform is totally secured and all data related to products and buyers will be visible only to the registered exhibitors;

4.    Unlimited photos can be uploaded.

5.    Product base search option is available by the Council for buyers.

6.    Extensive promotion of the event and Indian exporters is launched through digital media i.e. web, social, e-mailers, promotion through Indian Mission, Overseas Chambers & Importers Associations etc.

7.    Attempt for dedicated matchmaking with buyers

8.    Live Chat and Video Calling option facility with buyers to help easy interaction.

9.    Indian Suppliers can reach out globally virtually and in return save on logistics, lodging and boarding      

Registration form is attached for interested exporters to ease participation.

Since limited space is available, the allotment of stands shall be on First Come First Served basis, on receipt of complete application form with 100% registration charges through cheque/Bank transfer, the details are as under:-

Terms & Conditions for participation:

1. Participation will be accepted on a “First-Come-First-Serve” basis with full payment;

2. Interested members are requested to kindly tick mark the events of their choice from the above chart. Once registration fee is done by the exhibitor, the same will not be refunded, in case of withdrawal of your participation in the said event; as there are no participation charges.  

3.  In case of any disputes, the final decision lies with the ISEPC Management;
